Our story began in Brisbane, where Benz on Miller quickly became a local favourite for its mouth-watering burgers. At BZ Burgers, we continue to craft handmade beef patties, sauces, pickles, fried chicken, shakes, and desserts that tantalise your taste buds.

We’re all about fun and tasty cuisine, and we’re constantly introducing new twists to our burgers to keep things interesting. Our menu is inspired by the energy of Canberra’s streets and is always evolving to capture the latest food trends.

Our food truck is available for events and private catering. With our mobile kitchen, we can bring the BZB experience to you, no matter where you are.

BZB coffee cart is also available for hire. Our expert baristas have been trained by Kings and Queens of Caffeine and we only serve the highest quality Pablo and Rusty coffee. Our menu offers a variety of specialty brew methods with roast styles to match, making us more than just your average coffee van!
